Standard Notarization Fees (State Regulated) 

 

  • First signature: $10

  • Each additional signature on the same document: $1

  • ID check / journal entry — Included

Mobile / Travel Fees

(Based on drive from Midlothian)

Standard Hours (8AM–6PM)

  • 0–10 miles — $25

  • 11–20 miles — $40

  • 21–30 miles — $60

  • Over 30 miles — $80+ (quoted case by case)

After-Hours, Weekend, Holiday

Add +$25 evening/weekend
Add +$40 holiday or urgent call

Business

Specialty Location Rates

  • Hospitals / ER: $75–$95 + notarization fees

  • Skilled nursing / Assisted living: $60–$85

  • Jail / Detention center: $100–$150

  • Group/onsite business visits: Discounted rate available

 

  • Valid government ID is required

  • Signers must be willing, aware, and present

  • I do not provide legal advice or supply legal forms

  • Mileage outside zones quoted individually
