  • Multiple Service Attempts – We don’t just knock once; we make diligent attempts at different times of day. Routine first attempts begin within 3-5 business days. Typically, we try to get started right away. Rush available. 

  • GPS & Time-Stamped – Online portal 24/7. Each attempt is logged with date, time, location for accuracy and accountability.

  • Real-Time Updates – Get notified when attempts are made and when service is completed (no wondering if it’s done).

  • Secure Document Uploads – Clients can safely upload documents through our online form.

  • Detailed Affidavit / Return of Service – Automatically generated in proper court-compliant format.

  • Clear Communication – Notes, photos (if taken), and updates are documented and can be shared with you quickly.

  • Permanent Recordkeeping – Completed jobs and affidavits are stored securely, so you can access them later if needed.

  • We’re known for moving documents quickly and efficiently, we typically do not file but are able to assist when requested for an additional fee.

Billing Policy

 

  • Flat rate billing. Every assignment generates value: even if service is unsuccessful, you receive a detailed affidavit documenting diligent attempts.

  • Affidavits of Non-Service are often used to request substitute service under TRCP 106 or to prove due diligence.

  • All attempts and affidavits are billable.

  • A new address is typically billed as a new serve or additional fee.

 

Rush Service Policy

Rush service policies: Rush fees cover one immediate attempt (if necessary and based on availability). Any additional timed attempts incur extra fees. Timed attempts can be accomodated if scheduled in advance. Stakeout (hourly) fees apply if you would like us to wait around for the subject. 

Stakeout / Timed Wait Fee: $75 per hour (2-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments thereafter).

Service Policy

The Server reserves the right to cancel or refuse a service request if:

  • The Client fails to provide sufficient information or documentation necessary to complete service,

  • The Client fails to pay required fees or deposits,

  • The request is unlawful or outside the Server’s authorized scope of service, or

  • Conditions exist that may place the Server at unreasonable personal risk.
